A mahogany, cerejeira veneered and crossbanded writing desk, the rectangular burnished leather inlaid top above one long and one short frieze drawers, with a filing drawer below, the sides with wavy 'X' stretchers between square supports, on splayed legs. Inspired by a 20th century French original.
